Service Terms & Conditions

By signing this Estimate, in person or online via our online estimate you are entering into a binding Service Agreement with Coast 2 Coast Property Services also known as Coast 2 Coast Cleaning systems (“Company,” “we,” or “us”).
These Terms apply to all estimates, invoices, and ongoing services provided by the Company.

1. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are approximations and are not guaranteed. Actual costs may change once all project details are finalized or negotiated. You will be notified and must approve any changes before additional work is performed.

2. Scope of Services

Upon acceptance of this estimate, we will perform the janitorial cleaning, residential cleaning, and/or handyman services described herein. Any additional work or materials requested by you that are not included in the estimate will result in additional charges.

3. Property Access and Risk

By signing this agreement, you authorize Coast 2 Coast Property Services and its representatives to enter your property for purposes of performing the agreed-upon services, conducting pre-service assessments, and verifying completion after service.

While we take great care in our work, you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any incidental, cosmetic, or minor damage to property that occurs in the normal course of performing services. All services are performed at your direction and at your own risk.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations Service schedules are subject to change based on weather, site conditions, or other unforeseen factors. Appointment times represent arrival windows, not guaranteed start times. Multiple visits may be required for completion.

If you cancel or reschedule a confirmed service appointment within 12 hours or less of your scheduled service, up to a $100 cancellation feemay apply. Frequent cancellations may result in prepayment requirements for future services.

5. Changes

Any changes to specifications, materials, quantities, or schedules requested or approved by you may result in additional charges. Such changes will be reflected on your final invoice, and you agree to pay any additional costs.

6. Payment Terms

All invoices are due upon completion of work or as otherwise stated on the invoice.

• A 4% administrative fee applies to all card payments.
• Zelle payments may be made to (540) 746-7768 with no added fee.
• Checks are accepted at our discretion and subject to verification.

Returned checks incur a $50 returned check fee plus a $50 administrative fee. After a returned check, future services may require prepayment.

7. Late Payments

Invoices not paid by the due date may incur a $25 late fee and interest until paid in full. You agree to pay all costs associated with collection, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, court costs, and collection agency fees.

8. Photos, Media, and Marketing

You grant Coast 2 Coast Property Services permission to capture and use photos, videos, reviews, or descriptions of your property for marketing, training, and promotional purposes. No personally identifying information will be shared without your consent.

9. Communications and Consent By inquiring about or purchasing our services, you consent to receive text messages, emails, and other communications regarding scheduling, service updates, and promotional information. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or failures to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, labor shortages, power outages, illness, accidents, equipment failure, or government actions.

11. Limitation of Liability and Waiver of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted under Virginia law, you agree that:

• Coast 2 Coast Property Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or      consequential damages arising from or related to our services.
• Our total liability shall not exceed half of the total amount you paid for the specific service in question.
• By accepting this agreement, you waive and release Coast 2 Coast Property Services, its owners, employees, and contractors from any and all claims or demands, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• You acknowledge that you are voluntarily assuming all risks associated with the services provided.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in Shenandoah County, Virginia, in the appropriate small claims or civil court.

13. Acknowledgment

By signing this estimate, invoice, or service authorization, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions contained herein. These terms shall apply to all future and ongoing services unless otherwise modified in writing by the Company.
